Program Dates & Deadlines

  • Applications - you may still submit applications for the following programs
    • Longfellow (K-5 grade)
    • Club at the Y (6-12 grade)
    • Sheboygan Falls (1-4 grade) **wait list only**
  • Acceptance notices will be sent to families by 4/28/21
  • Summer Program begins 6/14/21 and ends 8/20/21
    • Closed on 7/2/21, 7/5/21, 7/23/21 and 8/13/21 for training and cleaning
    • Program dates and times are subject to change

Program Information

Teen Sites:

  • Club at Y in Sheboygan (grades 6-12)
    • Monday - Friday 12 pm - 5 pm
    • Fee: $20 annual membership fee for new and renewing members
  • The Club for Teens in Sheboygan Falls (grades 5-12)
    • Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
    • Drop off and pickup can only occur during the following times:
      • 7:30 am - 9:30 am
      • 11:45 am - 12:45 pm
      • 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
    • Standard Fee: $200/teen (max $540/family)
    • Discounted Rate: $100/teen (max $240/family, available based on 2020-21 School Year eligibility for Free/Reduced lunch)

Youth Sites:

Longfellow Elementary (grades K-5) OR Sheboygan Falls Club (grades 1-4)

  • Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Drop off and pickup can only occur during the following times:
    • 7:30 am - 9:30 am
    • 11:45 am - 12:45 pm
    • 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Standard Fee: $200/child (max $540/family)
  • Discounted Rate: $100/child (max $240/family, available based on 2020-21 School Year eligibility for Free/Reduced lunch)
  • Summer program fee is waived for youth under the age of 7 years old

Program Modifications for Safety

  • Limitations on the number of kids at each site
  • Staff and youth must pass a self health check prior to coming onsite
  • Staff are required to wear masks while indoors, youth are strongly encouraged to wear masks
  • Youth and Teens must follow expectations for safety, including scheduled hand washing, distancing, cleaning, and hygiene
  • Programming will be structured to minimize transitions and contact with others
  • Small groups will be assigned to a home base room with consistent staff
  • Activities will primarily take place in the group’s home base room, with regular access to outdoor time
