Since 1994, caring staff, safe facilities and high-quality after school programs have given children access to a host of opportunities. The clubs offer program activities in 3 core areas.

Marty Crneckiy has a long history of contributing to the betterment of youth in Sheboygan County. He was instrumental in the renewal of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sheboygan County at a time when it was in danger of closing operations entirely.
He served on the board of the Boys & Girls Club from 2008 to 2016. He has also volunteered for boards of Meals on Wheels, UW-Sheboygan, the John Michael Kohler Art Center, and the Sheboygan Development Corporation.
During a 30-year career at The Vollrath Company, Marty served as a board member, shareholder and Executive Vice President. Marty currently serves on the advisory board of Glenn Reider, Inc., a Milwaukee-based company. His previous service includes time on the boards of Fresh Brands and several advisory boards.
Marty and his wife Jill live in Kohler, Wisconsin. They have three children and five grandchildren.
In 2013, Kathleen volunteered for the Lunch Buddy Program through Big Brothers Big Sisters. Four years later, she continues to play a big part in her Little Sister’s life. In 2015, she set-up a “lunch and learn” at Kohler for the Lunch Buddy volunteer program, to recruit Kohler associates. She is passionate when it comes to spending time w/children of all ages. For 21 years, she has served as Chief Elf Organizer (CEO) for Kohler’s annual Kids Holiday Program. She taught Sunday school for 20+ years and music for seven.
Kathleen has held numerous secretarial roles for Kohler Co. executives during 39 years of service. In her current position, responsibilities vary in administrative support for the CIO & Vice President – Sustainability. She works with a passion and continues to look forward to day-to- day opportunities and challenges.
She has been married to Jim for 46 years. They have two sons – Jason and Jim (Michelle). Jim and Michelle have four daughters (Teaghan, Payton, Lauren, and Emery). Of course, she always looks forward to “special” Grandma Time.
Jaime Marchi leads a caring and giving staff at Just Kids Dental. They have collected and donated over 2,500 handmade blankets to Project Linus. They have started several programs to encourage their patients to give back to the community, through the No Cavity Club and Operation Gratitude.
Jaime volunteers at the LTC free dental clinic, Give Kids a Smile Day, Team Smiles, and the Mission of Mercy dental care program. She has served as assistant coach for a SAYSO youth soccer team, on the board for Above & Beyond Children's Museum and on the board for HeadStart. Her most recent community involvement is through the Sheboygan Service Club.
Jaime is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist. In 2002, Jaime opened her pediatric dental practice, Just Kids Dental. In 2010 she was joined by her sister, Andi Igowsky. They both were awarded “Top Young Professional” in Sheboygan County in 2012 through the Young Professional Network of Sheboygan County. in 2015 Just Kids Dental won “Service Industry of the Year” through the Sheboygan Chamber of Commerce.
Jaime and her husband, Matt Bistan, have two children, Aiden and Maya. She has introduced her children to volunteering, through opportunities such as pet therapy in a local nursing home and serving meals at Salvation Army.
Andi feels very strongly about leading by example in the workplace, and has organized several fundraising projects to involve her staff. They have collected and donated over 2,500 handmade blankets to Project Linus. They have started several programs to encourage their patients to give back to the community, through the No Cavity Club and Operation Gratitude.
Andi has a passion for volunteering in both the dental community and Sheboygan County. She volunteers at the LTC dental clinic and is the Wisconsin Clinical Director of a non-profit organization that donates dental care to underserved and low income children, called Team Smile. She volunteers her time teaching pediatric dental residents and pediatric dentists around the world. Andi is the current President of the Sheboygan Service Club. She has completed over 450 hours of volunteering and community service for several different non-profit organizations in Sheboygan County.

Andi is married to Ben Igowsky. They have two daughters, Harper and Preslee.
